Functional Health Coaching
A three-month private program: comprehensive lab work, a personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocol, and biweekly one-on-one coaching calls. Built for women who want root-cause answers — hormones, energy, digestion, skin — not another generic plan.

Personal Training
Strength-first training programmed around your cycle, your schedule and your goals. Packages include twelve 50-minute sessions, form video reviews between sessions, and a travel program for weeks away.

Private, hands-on certification in Hana's Method for licensed professionals: massage therapists, estheticians and nurses. Two days of one-on-one instruction, all tools included, printed manual, and direct support after you graduate. Taught in New York City.
